A fantastic experience in the heart of downtown! The rooms are spacious and the service is exceptional, particularly at the on-site restaurant. Loved the stylish rooms and the amazing rooftop pool with fantastic sunset views. The complimentary snacks and drinks were a nice touch, making my stay feel special. The location was perfect for exploring, with many dining options nearby and easy access to Lady Bird Lake. One downside was the full fridge in my room, which left no space for my leftovers or drinks. Service varied. while some staff were attentive, others seemed disengaged, especially during check-in. Overall, a beautiful hotel with lots of potential!

Exceptional Service and Unique Vibes!
I had such a fantastic stay! The vibrant atmosphere and eclectic decor really set this place apart, and the rooftop pool provided stunning views. The staff, especially Gio, went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and happy. The complimentary treats upon arrival were a sweet touch that made us feel welcome. My only suggestion would be to have more seating around the pool area for increased comfort during busy times.

Couple end up in a mixed bag
Had an unexpected touch from the staff when we came back to our room after a long day, there was a huge box with champagne and spa items waiting for us, made us feel special, like we mattered. Also, the food at the restaurant was surprisingly good, something you don't expect at a place like this, with every bite being a hit!
It wasn't cheap, but I guess that's what you pay for the glamour.

Had an awesome time with my friends! We loved biking along the Lady Bird Lake and checking out all the vibes in the city. The pool was inviting, and we enjoyed late-night snacks from nearby places. The complimentary snacks and drinks were a nice touch. Just a heads up, the hotel doesn’t have a shuttle service to the airport, so plan ahead!
Had some trouble with the fridge being full. We couldn't store our drinks or leftovers, which was a bit inconvenient.
